Busy Weekend and HUNGRY

Well I brought my work truck to Nana and Pops this weekend to get it cleaned up and it was a smash hit with the neighborhood kids. Hunter had a bunch of fun playing in my bed and on the top bunk. He also played with the radio some and Aunts Camile and Adelie had a ton of fun. But, after it was all over Hunter was a little hungry and didn't want to wait for Mommy to get some grub so he just helped himself !

FINALLY HUNTER HAS BECOME OURS FOREVER !!!!

Today is a huge day for Michelle and I. After years of heartbreak and hope and the last 13 months of pure bliss. Today ended the adoption process. With a hearing to recap events and a short question and answer session, Hunter smacked the gavel on his own fate and sealed his life as our son.



We shared today with Nana, Pops and the clan along with our friend Laura.



Dispite the limited gallery I walked into court with my son in my arm and thoughts racing through my mind. I was thinking about all the people that in some way shape or form has lent a hand or word of advice. I thought about everything that happened to bring us to this point in our lives.



I looked at Hunter he was all smiles along with everyone else. We sat at council tables and before I knew it we were done. The long, rough, road that started nearly 8 years ago has ended. We have a child. We have a sweet wonderful boy that has grown so much before our eyes in just his first 13 months.



Mr Hunter Thomas Winters is living proof that dreams come true and prayers do get answered.
